VisualWeb is a brand, not a separate company. The contract is with Prism Hooldus OÜ and the invoice comes from the same company. On your bank statement the payment starts with PRISM and ends with VISUALWEB.
What you can buy here
Two things. One-off jobs at a fixed price — they are on the website fixes page, with the price next to each job. And the Landing page package at €249.
Everything else goes through an enquiry: describe what you need in your own words and we reply the same working day with a fixed price. We do not start work without an agreed price.
Prices
The price shown on the page is the final price. Nothing is added at checkout — no tax, no service fee, no rounding. Your card is charged exactly the amount printed on the button. Prices are in euros.
If it turns out during the job that more is needed than you ordered, we tell you first and ask. We do not carry out or charge for extra work without your say-so.
How the contract is formed
Pick a job, fill in the form and pay by card. Stripe takes the payment — your card number never reaches our servers.
The contract is concluded the moment the payment succeeds. Straight after that we email you what you ordered, what it cost, when work starts and how to cancel. That email is your confirmation on a durable medium, so keep it.
The email also carries a link to your order page, where you can see the status and cancel with one button.
When work starts
By default work starts once the 14-day cancellation period has run out. If you want it sooner, tick the two boxes at checkout: that you want us to start immediately, and that you understand what that means. Without both, we wait.
Most listed jobs are finished the same or the next working day. If your site is down we start straight away — that goes to the front of the queue.
What we need from you
Most jobs need access: hosting, domain, the CMS or the mail settings. We ask only for what the job requires, and we do not keep the access once the job is done.
We take a backup before every change. If access does not arrive the job waits — the cancellation period keeps running during that time, the delivery time does not.
If the job cannot be done
“No fix, no fee” is not a slogan. If we cannot solve that particular problem, you get the whole amount back and you do not have to file a cancellation to get it. The money returns to the card you paid with.
If the fix needs somebody else's paid service — a licence, a different hosting plan, a domain renewal — we tell you the price first and you decide.
If the finished work is faulty
If what we delivered does not match what we agreed, we put it right at no charge. Tell us as soon as you notice, at info@visualweb.ee.
Your statutory rights apply whatever this page says. Nothing in these terms removes or narrows a consumer right that the law does not allow to be changed by contract.
Liability
We are liable for damage we caused. For any one order that liability is capped at the price of that order. The cap does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
We are not liable for what was already broken before we arrived, for outages in third-party services, or for someone else changing the same site at the same time.
Who owns the work
Once the payment has gone through, the work is yours: the code, the settings, the text and the images you paid for. Third-party software keeps its own licence.
We may show the work in our portfolio. If you would rather we did not, say so — it comes down, and we will not ask why.
Cancelling
Buying as a private individual, you have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. How it works, what happens if you asked us to start early, and when the right ends are all on the cancellation page.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints come to us first: info@visualweb.ee. We answer within 14 days, usually the same or the next working day.
If our answer does not settle it, a consumer can take the matter to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), which sits at the Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet: Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, info@ttja.ee, +372 620 1707. Applications are filed at jvis.ttja.ee; the committee is described on ttja.ee.
Court disputes go to Harju Maakohus in Estonia. Estonian law applies. If you buy as a consumer from another EU country, the consumer protection rules of your country of residence that cannot be changed by contract still apply to you.
Changes to these terms
The version that applies to your order is the one that was published when you ordered. A newer version does not change a contract already made. The date of the last change is at the top of this page.
